Stockholm – Today, Bravida Holding AB (BRAV) announces a change in the company’s number of votes as a result of the Board of Directors’ decision to convert C-shares into ordinary shares for delivery to participants in its incentive program.
At the Annual General Meeting 2017, it was decided to introduce a long-term incentive program for senior executives and other key employees within the Bravida Group ("LTIP 2017"). Allotment under the program took place after the first quarterly report for 2020 was published on May 8. As part of the allotment, Bravida's Board of Directors has decided to convert 350,054 C-shares into ordinary shares for further delivery to participants in LTIP 2017. The number of votes in the company has therefore increased during the current month, while the number of shares has remained unchanged.
As of May 29, 2020, the number of outstanding shares in Bravida Holding AB (publ) amounts to 203,316,598 shares, 202,975,544 of which are ordinary shares with one vote each and 341,054 are C-shares with 1/10 vote each. The total number of votes in the company amounts to 203,009,649.4.
