HR Operations Manager

Join us in building a sustainable future through building technology, industrial solutions, and specialized technical expertise throughout the entire lifecycle of properties.

We are looking for an HR Operations Manager to join the HR team of Bravida Finland Oy in a permanent full-time position based in Helsinki. In this role, you will ensure that core HR processes and daily HR operations run smoothly and are developed in a planned and consistent way in line with the Bravida Group's direction.

You will be responsible for continuously developing HR systems, processes and operations, while owning the core HR process. In this role your responsibilities include employment matters and payroll at Bravida Finland and, when needed, support hands-on day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also oversee and develop recruitment and resourcing practices, to support a wide range of business and project-specific needs. In addition, you will promote internal mobility and manage cooperation with HR subcontracting partners and other stakeholders.

You will be part of an energetic HR team working in close collaboration with the business. You will support and spar HR Business Partners and play an active role in driving organizational development and supporting change.

What we expect from you

We expect you to have experience in HR in an international environment, along with fluent Finnish language skills. You have strong expertise in payroll, Finnish employment legislation, and employment matters, as well as experience with HR systems, system integrations and process development. You are also confident in recruitment and resourcing, and you understand the leaders with their objectives as well as what the business and operations need. M&A experience would be a major plus to your skillset. You take a practical, hands-on approach to your work, find solutions quickly and see things through together with colleagues and other stakeholders. You have a master's degree in a relevant field.
